Majestic Interiors Co. does not offer refunds for products or interior design services. All custom made bespoke items are FINAL SALE. If the item(s) you have ordered and received are damaged in anyway upon arrival, You are responsible for photographing the damaged item(s) immediately and email the photos to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns within 24hours of receiving your goods. If your items are arriving by freight carrier you do not have to accept any damaged goods. You can reject the delivery and the freight carrier will return the item(s) to the terminal and back to the company. If you knowlingly accept damaged goods you are then responsible for the item(s). It is your responsibility to inspect ALL items arriving via freight before the driver leaves. If you do not inspect your freight for damages your claim may be delayed or denied.
Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge is fraud. Chargebacks are never a legal or appropriate means of obtaining a refund. All disputes will be challenged by our lawyers with sufficient evidence from our records. See above for our Return Policy.
Interior Design Project Policy
All concept boards, drawings, layouts, and the full designed prepared by Majestic Interiors Co., are exclusive to the service of your project solely unless otherwise stated. Majestic Interiors Co. shall remain the author and owner of these documents, other reserved rights, and copyright. We ask that you do not duplicate, distribute or train from without written permission. Including ALL projects, and digital downloads.
